Session 12 of our discipleship series.
Genesis Ch. 3 We continue to look at how sin effects people, families and Nations. In view in this session is the effects a nation. We look at Joshua Ch. 7 “The sin of Achan” and how his sin effected the tiny nation of Israel. Sin always has consequences. Examinig how Christ reconciled our sins and the sins of the nations at the cross. Isaiah 53 and Phillipians Ch. 2 Genesis Ch. 3:14-19 God begins to execute judgement on the Serpent, Adam and Eve. The battle of the seeds begins here and doesn’t end until the last book of the bible (Revelation) , Christ vs. antichrist the battle of the ages. Audio portion below. (continue reading…)

David & Bathsheba’s adultery is another example of the anatomy of sin. If you miss this sin problem you miss the underlying problem dealt in the whole of the bible.
Origins of manmade religion and we see that sin continues to cause seperation as a principle cause of sin. God deals with sin in what Theologians call “The Great Exchange”.Audio Portion only here. Genesis 1-11 Session 10

Session 10 of our discipleship series. Genesis Ch. 3 introduces many new doctrines and major players for the rest of the bible.
We see the error of adding to Gods word as Adam did to Gods original command of “But of the fruit of the tree which [is] in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it,(and adds) ” ‘neither shall ye touch it,’ ” lest ye die.”
This is the origin of anatomy of sin is here also in Genesis Ch. 3. We see the process of LUST + SIN = DEATH as explained the epistle of James.
Origins of Death, Shame, Self Effort, Hidding from God, Original Sin, and all have sinned since. This is the origin of mans fallen nature. God has the plan of restoration. Enjoy! (continue reading…)
