Today we look at the grace of God. It is the method of which the Justice of Gods righteousness is satisfied and Mercy can be extended to sinful mankind.

The view that the Rapture will occur at the mid-point of the Tribulation is based upon 1 Corinthians 15:52 which states that the Rapture will occur at the blowing of “the last trumpet.” This Mid-Tribulation Rapture view then declares this trumpet to be the last of the seven trumpets in Revelation 11 that is blown at the mid-point of the Tribulation. Why of the 114 references to trumpets in the Scripture these two are identified as one and the same only defies sound Scriptural research! The context clearly shows the last trumpet of 1 Corinthians 15 is blown for believers whereas the seven trumpets (of judgments) of Revelation 8, 9 and 11 are sounded for unbelievers. The Revelation trumpets therefore can have no relevance for the Church!  There are many trumpets mentioned in the bible. (continue reading…)

Flash Forward Setup?

For the Christian I look at this new show that has come on ABC Flash Forward.  The premise for the premiere  was interesting in that what I perceive with this show and the myriad of movies being pumped out seem to be anticipating something.   If you haven’t seen the promo’s.  It opens like this.  Something has happened the “Flash Forward”, where everyone, ooops nearly everyone has blacked out and has had some vision of the future and some not.  The scene is mass chaos.  Planes going down, cars crashing, people dropping right where they stand unconscious leading to the deaths of 20 million. In this article we will take a look at the twin brother of Jacob, Esau.  Esau is Edom.  There is a very peculiar fact the Holy Spirit placed in a prophecy in Daniel 11:41 where activity of the antichrist is in view here.  We will look at the Islamic connection and Terrorism found in the prophets.  Modern day Jordan controls the temple mount site today as Herod who was descendant of Edom.  Fascinating study.

I have been watching a trend of what I would call the spirit of appeasement. It is a vile sign of weakness among politicians, corporations and liberal clergy. In attempts to please the majority there is always compromise of values. Sometimes this can be achieved, but by and by most of the time we see wholesale give away of ethics, morals, and political capital. Politicians spout “Change”, business cry “Diversity”, and pulpits are silent not to offend the politically correct crowd. (continue reading…)

Prophecy in pattern

In this section we will explore and show that from the very first book of the bible that God established signs in the heaven and earth to communicate greater truths for our benefit.  Below in Ecclesiastes  the Lord by His Spirit tells us that there is no new thing under the sun, and that what has been shall be.

It is my conjecture that there is far more to Gods prophetic pattern than most of us realize. Let’s examine this subject.
