Wake Up Church: A Call to Repentance

by on Feb.07, 2012, under Commentary

The church is not preaching the true Gospel of Jesus. After John was put in prison, Jesus went into Galilee, proclaiming the good news of God. “The time has come,” he said. “The kingdom of God has come near. Repent and believe the good news!” Mark 1:15 What is God’s interpretation of the Gospel? Where can a person find evidence of true, biblical repentance in our day? This is the factor that separates those who are willing to take up their cross for Christ from those who are willing to settle for or even desire a “feel good”, “watered down”, “politically correct” and/or carnal Christianity.  Wake Up Church: A Call to Repentance is a refreshing, sobering look at the desperate need to return to the gospel NOW. Is Obama Appeasing Islam?

by on Jan.26, 2012, under Commentary, Islam, Patterns in Prophecy

Much of the reasoning that Neville Chamberlain used to arrive at his policy for dealing with the Third Reich is eerily similar to the Obama administration’s reasoning about Islamism.

No, Islamism is not Nazism. Islamism is the belief in the religious and cultural superiority of Islam, and Nazism is the belief in the racial and cultural superiority of Aryans. Both believe in the right of domination. The parallel between Islamism and Nazism unfortunately fails in another important respect: Islamism is a hydra-headed monster. Islamism has no identifiable or centralized leadership like Hitler and the Nazi Party for Nazism. (continue reading…)

What is Christian Palestinianism?

by on Jan.25, 2012, under Commentary, End Time Signs, Middle East, Replacement Theology

The term was coined by Paul Wilkinson in his book, For Zion’s Sake (see TBC resources), which presents the biblical reasons why Christians need to support the restoration of the modern state of Israel, an endeavor known as “Christian Zionism.” The enemy of that effort is Christian Palestinianism, which includes far more than a concern over the plight of the so-called Palestinian people  They have orgainzed themselves as a cancer in the body of Christ pontificating, ”We categorically reject Christian Zionist doctrines as a false teaching that corrupts the biblical message of love, justice and reconciliation….With urgency we warn that Christian Zionism and its alliances are justifying colonization, apartheid and empire-building.” (“The Jewish Declaration on Christian Zionism,” 2006) (continue reading…)

by on Jan.24, 2012, under Commentary, Islam, Middle East

“Today is a turning point in history. Nothing will ever be the same again.” So said Turkish Prime Minister Tayyip Erdogan shortly after nine Turks aboard a Turkish ship died in a May 2010 clash with Israelis. The ship had challenged Israel’s embargo on terror-related goods bound for Gaza. Some observers said that the prime minister shook visibly as he spoke that day. (A look at the power brokers of Middle East dreams of return to the glory days) (continue reading…)

Christ at the Checkpoint: The Replacements

by on Jan.22, 2012, under Commentary, Middle East, Replacement Theology

Christ at the Checkpoint 2012 will be hosted by Bethlehem Bible College. Raed Salah supporters Stephen Sizer and Ben White are due to speak there. Sizer is listed as an organiser.  Bethlehem Bible College has a worrying track record on antisemitism. They sent lecturer Alex Awad to represent the college, and share a platform with Hitler-admirer and Holocaust denier Frederick Tobin in Indonesia. Stephen Sizer also attended this conference in Indonesia, as did Iranian Holocaust denier and Faurisson admirer Jawad Shabarf.  Seismic Shock web page has some good information. The Rage of Atheism

by on Jan.21, 2012, under Apologetics, Commentary, Soul Winning

Question: “What is Atheism?”  By GotQuestions.org

Answer: Atheism is the view that God does not exist. Atheism is not a new development. Psalm 14:1, written by David around 1000 B.C., mentions atheism: “The fool says in his heart, ‘There is no God.’” Recent statistics show an increasing number of people claiming to be atheists, up to 10 percent of people worldwide. So why are more and more people becoming atheists? Is atheism truly the logical position atheists claim it to be? (continue reading…)

Dr. Ed Hindson in this show points to the Radicalization of Christianity. Sojourners Progessive Fruits

by on Jan.15, 2012, under Commentary, Social Gospel

The Rev. Jim Wallis and his Sojourners organization also graced the rally. Wallis, the one-time Students for a Democratic Society leader, is now the token evangelical “useful idiot” who defends Communists and Socialists and has called anti-Communist evangelicals “members of the forces of darkness.” In his 2008 book The Great Awakening Wallis says his only gripe with Pope John Paul was the Pope’s “anticommunism.”  ”Social Justice” is used by every Marxist ro refer to their specific idea of Government. It appears in the Preamble to the Communist Manifesto. (continue reading…)

Welcome to 2012, What’s Coming?  Meetings on the itinerary include a host of interfaith gatherings designed to bring the religions of the world together in order to facilitate a “Quantum Leap” into the “New Spiritual Order.”  While this may or may not be the year in which the one-world agenda comes to fruition, the Bible warns that a time of unprecedented worldwide deception spearheaded by the Antichrist (also known as the Beast or Lawless One) will take place in the final days of human history – just prior to the return of Jesus the Messiah (Matthew 24, Revelation 13 & 14, II Thessalonians 2). What is the word Cult?

by on Oct.27, 2011, under Commentary, Mormon, Soul Winning

The “keepers of truth” who feed us their skewed philosophy by what they deem as newsworthy (i.e. political correctness) will continue to vilify anyone who dares use the “C” word in describing a person, his beliefs, or a publicly respected entity such as the LDS Church. However, I can’t help it and hope you’ll join me in thanking Robert Jeffress, for Mormonism is a slick and dangerous cult and following it leads everyone who does so to eternal destruction.
