I saw Ken Ham speak at a homeschool confrence on Science and the subject of evolution.  I walked out of there in awe of Gods word and the simple problem of believing evolution and being a Christian.  I was raised in a secular environment and evolution was fact I thought… Oh, but there was a deep theological issue that I had not thought about yet.  After years of prayer, research, reading all sides and theories.  Simple, the bible had to be trusted, not with blind faith but a faith that is rooted in what we can observe.  AIG gives Christians answers.  We give AIG our highest recommendation.   (continue reading…)

Global Warming or Global Governance?

by on Feb.15, 2012, under Globalism, Radical Environmentalism, The UN, Video Documentaries

Global Warming or Global Governance?  is a video documentary on global warming and the power brokers behind it.  Just look at this quote:
“The common enemy of humanity is man. In searching for a new enemy to unite us, we came up with the idea that pollution, the threat of global warming, water shortages, famine and the like would fit the bill. All these dangers are caused by human intervention, and it is only through changed attitudes and behavior that they can be overcome. The real enemy then, is humanity itself.” – Club of Rome (international think tank) The First Global Revolution report, 1992

Trinity Doctrine Study Guide

by on Dec.16, 2011, under Doctrine

It is often alleged that the doctrine of the Trinity is not a biblical doctrine. While the word Trinity is not in the Bible, the substance of the doctrine is definitely biblical.

The following outline study presents an overview of the biblical basis of the doctrine of the Trinity. Comments on the texts have been kept to a bare minimum; the emphasis is on the many biblical texts themselves (about 700 references are listed, including references from 26 of the 27 books of the New Testament). Mount St. Helens: Explosive Evidence

by on Dec.05, 2011, under Creation

Mount St. Helens provides a rare opportunity to study transient geologic processes which produced, within a few months, changes which geologists might otherwise assume required many thousands of years. The volcano, therefore, challenges our way of thinking about how the earth works, how it changes, and the time scale we are accustomed to attaching to its formations. These processes and their effects allow Mount St. Helens to serve as a miniature laboratory for catastrophism. Mount St. Helens helps us to imagine what the Biblical Flood, of Noah’s day, may have been like. (continue reading…)

The Fossil Record: Devastating Evidence

by on Dec.03, 2011, under Creation

Video Presentation by Dr. John Morris, who received his Ph.D. in geological engineering from the University of Oklahoma and is President of the Institute for Creation Research in Dallas, Texas. Evolution relies on, depends on, and believes in the “evolutionary story” of the fossil record. Several key facts punch holes in that foundation—the extreme rarity of transitional forms, stasis in the record, sudden appearance of complex animal and plant forms, and gaps between species. Discuss the supposed origin of fish, bats, fleas, flies, birds, dragonflies, marine reptiles, whales, and finally humans.  (continue reading…)

Tom DeWeese is the president of the American Policy Center.  Imagine an energy tax based upon how much you drive your car. Imagine a “smart meter” on your home that communicates with appliances in order to track and control your home energy usage.  Since it’s inception this seemingly benign agenda has usurped American liberties for a global agenda that must destroy Americas economy from within.  Local efforts to push Agenda 21 are in virtually every community.  What can we do?  Get informed and tell others. Liberals Move into Homeschoolers

by on Oct.22, 2011, under Commentary, Creation

We have been following some recent developments in which Biblical Creationist AIG founder Ken Ham whom personally shook my former evolutionary beliefs at a Homeschool conference some 15 years ago.  The following articles and links are provided to allow the discerning Christian to examine the position of AIG and BioLogos.  We know lots of homeschooler’s and Christians in general.  The thing that gets me with this issue is not that they have a minor issue but it is a fundamental faith issue that has men (BioLogos) imposing their interpretation of the past on the bible.   (continue reading…)

Battle Over Adam: Has God said

by on Aug.19, 2011, under Commentary, Creation

“Thought I would share this video clip from Peter Enns (given to students at Westmont). In 1 Corinthians 15 and Romans 5 for instance, Paul talks about Adam,” wrote Ham on his Facebook page on Saturday. “Peter Enns sees this as a problem – and that Adam shouldn’t be in the New Testament! But this is GOD’s WORD!!”   A word from Amos37.  I personally know some very nice people in a home schooling group that has just formed purchased some BioLogos curriculum.  So with this I am personally troubled by the compromise that has crept into homeschooling now.   (continue reading…)

Environmentalism vs. Property Rights

A useful video to show the troubling trend that Radical Environmentalism has promoted.  We here are all for being good stewards of Gods creation and while the Green movement had many good goals a radical element that short of extinguishing the human population to under a billion souls.  It just begs the question what happens to the other 6 billion souls… (continue reading…)

Through on-location interviews with leading creationist scientists, climatologists, and other commentators the dangers and politics of global warming are revealed. Learn how you can be effective in caring for creation without becoming an unwitting accomplice to the myths of global warming. This balanced approach to a very “hot” topic will equip you with the information necessary to honor the Creator … without worshipping the creation. God’s promise to Noah was that, “While the earth remains, seedtime and harvest, and cold and heat, and winter and summer … shall not cease” (Genesis 8:22). (continue reading…)

Earth Charter: New Age Fangs

by on Aug.18, 2011, under Globalism, New Age, Radical Environmentalism, The UN

“World tragedies necessitate the reaction of a united global society dedicated to responsible action and committed to peace. Identifying a common motivation and mode of communication to which all individuals can relate is a prerequisite component to avoiding destruction and moving towards progress. Humanity’s dependence upon the planet earth serves as the natural primary connection between all people. By joining this undeniable truth with the notions underpinning the Earth Charter,[1] a blue print for building a new foundation to address our current reality can be identified.”

Theistic Evolutionists Unholy Alliance

by on Aug.15, 2011, under Commentary, Creation, Soul Winning

Book reviews in recent issues of RNCSE [the Reports of the NCSE] have showcased a growing number of authors and reviewers who advocate some form of theistic evolution. . . . To . . . move toward defusing evolution as an explosive social and educational issue, I propose the perhaps shocking idea that it is time for theistic evolutionists to take over from atheists as the public face of evolution advocacy. excerpt from evolutionary atheist ”To really protect education from creationism’s inroads, it has to be marginalized NOT JUST scientifically and legally but theologically…”  Enter the Theistic evolutionist theology.   (continue reading…)

Has God said, 6 Literal Days

by on Aug.13, 2011, under Creation Seminars

Eisegesis? Ken Ham gets to the heart of the debate about the six days of creation. If we read from what the biblical text says (exegesis), it allows only one interpretation—six 24-hour days. Any other interpretation is eisegesis (“reading into” the Bible).      The “Days” of Genesis 1
What does the Bible tell us about the meaning of “day” in Genesis 1? A word can have more than one meaning, depending on the context. For instance, the English word “day” can have perhaps 14 different meanings. For example, consider the following sentence: “Back in my grandfather’s day, it took 12 days to drive across the country during the day.” (continue reading…)
