Trinity Doctrine Study Guide
by Amos 3:7 on Dec.16, 2011, under Doctrine
It is often alleged that the doctrine of the Trinity is not a biblical doctrine. While the word Trinity is not in the Bible, the substance of the doctrine is definitely biblical.
The following outline study presents an overview of the biblical basis of the doctrine of the Trinity. Comments on the texts have been kept to a bare minimum; the emphasis is on the many biblical texts themselves (about 700 references are listed, including references from 26 of the 27 books of the New Testament). Mount St. Helens: Explosive Evidence
by Amos 3:7 on Dec.05, 2011, under Creation
Mount St. Helens provides a rare opportunity to study transient geologic processes which produced, within a few months, changes which geologists might otherwise assume required many thousands of years. The volcano, therefore, challenges our way of thinking about how the earth works, how it changes, and the time scale we are accustomed to attaching to its formations. These processes and their effects allow Mount St. Helens to serve as a miniature laboratory for catastrophism. Mount St. Helens helps us to imagine what the Biblical Flood, of Noah’s day, may have been like. (continue reading…)
The Fossil Record: Devastating Evidence
by Amos 3:7 on Dec.03, 2011, under Creation
Video Presentation by Dr. John Morris, who received his Ph.D. in geological engineering from the University of Oklahoma and is President of the Institute for Creation Research in Dallas, Texas. Evolution relies on, depends on, and believes in the “evolutionary story” of the fossil record. Several key facts punch holes in that foundation—the extreme rarity of transitional forms, stasis in the record, sudden appearance of complex animal and plant forms, and gaps between species. Discuss the supposed origin of fish, bats, fleas, flies, birds, dragonflies, marine reptiles, whales, and finally humans. (continue reading…)

Tom DeWeese is the president of the American Policy Center. Imagine an energy tax based upon how much you drive your car. Imagine a “smart meter” on your home that communicates with appliances in order to track and control your home energy usage. Since it’s inception this seemingly benign agenda has usurped American liberties for a global agenda that must destroy Americas economy from within. Local efforts to push Agenda 21 are in virtually every community. What can we do? Get informed and tell others. (continue reading…)
Liberals Move into Homeschoolers
by Amos 3:7 on Oct.22, 2011, under Commentary, Creation
We have been following some recent developments in which Biblical Creationist AIG founder Ken Ham whom personally shook my former evolutionary beliefs at a Homeschool conference some 15 years ago. The following articles and links are provided to allow the discerning Christian to examine the position of AIG and BioLogos. We know lots of homeschooler’s and Christians in general. The thing that gets me with this issue is not that they have a minor issue but it is a fundamental faith issue that has men (BioLogos) imposing their interpretation of the past on the bible. Battle Over Adam: Has God said
by Amos 3:7 on Aug.19, 2011, under Commentary, Creation
“Thought I would share this video clip from Peter Enns (given to students at Westmont). In 1 Corinthians 15 and Romans 5 for instance, Paul talks about Adam,” wrote Ham on his Facebook page on Saturday. “Peter Enns sees this as a problem – and that Adam shouldn’t be in the New Testament! But this is GOD’s WORD!!” A word from Amos37. I personally know some very nice people in a home schooling group that has just formed purchased some BioLogos curriculum. So with this I am personally troubled by the compromise that has crept into homeschooling now. (continue reading…)
Environmentalism vs. Property Rights

Environmentalism vs. Property Rights
A useful video to show the troubling trend that Radical Environmentalism has promoted. We here are all for being good stewards of Gods creation and while the Green movement had many good goals a radical element that short of extinguishing the human population to under a billion souls. It just begs the question what happens to the other 6 billion souls… (continue reading…)
Biblical Expose of Climate Change
by Amos 3:7 on Aug.18, 2011, under Commentary, Radical Environmentalism
Through on-location interviews with leading creationist scientists, climatologists, and other commentators the dangers and politics of global warming are revealed. Learn how you can be effective in caring for creation without becoming an unwitting accomplice to the myths of global warming. This balanced approach to a very “hot” topic will equip you with the information necessary to honor the Creator … without worshipping the creation.
