House of Anubis Occult Themes

by on Jan.21, 2012, under End Time Signs, Occult

A new, heavily advertised program debuting tomorrow (January 1) on Nickelodeon will introduce American children to a Harry Potter-like hit show from Belgian called “The House of Anubis.”  Occult Themes.  From watching the video trailer for the new TV show, it is very obvious that the producers are cashing in on the blockbuster success of the J.K. Rowling novels. It also further illustrates the fascination and affinity the world is showing for entertainment which promotes ungodly supernaturalism.  Anubis was not just a god of the dead, but he was a warrior god who opened the way to victory for the pharaoh. The ‘Opener of the Ways’ helped Anubis to guide the dead to the Halls of Ma’ati. It was here that Anubis, as ‘He Who Counts the Hearts’, watched over of the weighing of the heart and the judging of the deceased.  (continue reading…)

LDS List of False Prophecies

by on Nov.24, 2011, under Mormon

The “weapons” we have used against the LDS have been primarily the Bible, and also its own published material. It is evident that these weapons haveindeed prospered against the Church. We are seeing literally thousands of Mormons leave the Church for Jesus, because of the impact of our Biblical witness. We have seen the convert rate per LDS missionary continue to drop. It is evident that our weapons are prospering and that the Church is adamantly refusing to obey its own prophecy and “confound” us. Instead, it is doing its best to pretend to ignore us. An altogether different thing! (continue reading…)

LDS Upon This False Prophet

by on Nov.24, 2011, under Mormon

One of the most amazing ironies of Mormonism hinges on its central tenet that it was founded by Joseph Smith, who claimed that he was called of God to re-establish Christ’s true Church on the earth.  The Mormons revere Joseph Smith as a true prophet of God and the holy man upon whom God himself laid this authority to administer God’s people and usher in this last dispensation of time. If his claims to having seen God and Christ and receiving his prophet-hood and authority from them were really true, two very important things would follow.   (continue reading…)

Dominionism Exposed: Infestations

by on Nov.05, 2011, under Kingdom Now/Dominionism

The third-wave church often teaches and practices that reactions (or “manifestations”) are most often God-initiated and are not to be controlled. A more orthodox belief held by mainline Charismatics and Pentecostals is that spiritual actions like tongues, prophecies, even shouts-of-joy or cries-of-intercession are under the control of the person. If a prophetic tongue can be stopped in a service, and given later, likewise other spiritual actions, such as screaming out, can yield to control in a service where everything needs to be “decent and in order”.  (Note: Amos37 has seen this where experience rules the day and the word of God has little to do except for cherry picking self centered scriptures more often than not out of context.)  Scarry stuff  for those who are prone to seeking after a sign.  Good people are getting sucked into these circuses of deception.) Dominionism Exposed: Heresy

by on Nov.05, 2011, under Kingdom Now/Dominionism

Critical to this belief is the understanding that prophecy is something that you can grow in (learn) as opposed to an outright gift. While the point can be made that you can learn how to use the gift, it remains a gift nonetheless. And one which must be judged. At the Morningstar Church students reportedly sit at tables on the sides of the auditorium and will give you a prophecy (reading) if you ask. Sometimes they miss it, but that’s alright, they are learning. Contrast that with a statement from John Bevere, who in his seminal work on prophecy “Thus Saith the Lord” states that “There is no Junior Holy Spirit.” (continue reading…)

Dominionism Exposed: Origins

by on Nov.05, 2011, under Kingdom Now/Dominionism

Here at Amos37 we have been following many topics and issues in the Church, apostasy, etc…  One thing that always comes up is the reckless abandonment of the authority of Gods word.  Always.  Today one of the most dangerous movements is Dominionism in all it’s forms from Conservatives to the Signs & Wonders crazy stuff. It in a nutshell presents an inverted and perverted view of the mission of the Church.  It is our hope to expose the error of this for those who are getting sucked into this “MAN CENTERED” doctrine of Dominionism. Some groups hold to a conservative hermeneutic till they get to prophetic passages and then abandon it for an allegorical method.  Prayerfully sort through this series of messages.  It is primarily the issue of man supplanting God and exalting himself.  Our audio series on the Kingdom Parables in Matthew 13 by the Lord Jesus Himself outlines the enemies of the gospel and the timeline.   (continue reading…)

What is the word Cult?

by on Oct.27, 2011, under Commentary, Mormon, Soul Winning

The “keepers of truth” who feed us their skewed philosophy by what they deem as newsworthy (i.e. political correctness) will continue to vilify anyone who dares use the “C” word in describing a person, his beliefs, or a publicly respected entity such as the LDS Church. However, I can’t help it and hope you’ll join me in thanking Robert Jeffress, for Mormonism is a slick and dangerous cult and following it leads everyone who does so to eternal destruction.
