Growing Cold

In a story running where unbelievably a so called church has picketed a funeral of a fallen hero and tortured the grieving family with hate and not compassion. Simply put, Christians are commanded to love the sinner, but hate nothing but sin. There is a profound difference. I am a sinner! My sins put Jesus on the cross. But like Barrabas, Jesus took my place and set me free. Do I still sin? Yes, does God hate me? No! If we are parents and God is our heavenly Father and we see our children mess up and fall into all kinds of sin we extend forgiveness as a NATURAL act of LOVE. The story of the Prodigal Son shows that once the son has confessed his ways and blown it (sin) he repents and returns to a loving father that runs to meet him and RESTORES him into the family of God. Jesus 101

Jesus is the whole of the bible. He is God and He is what all of prophecy is about. That is where we start. Jesus is the cornerstone of the church He is the alpha and omega, He is the first and the last. Outside of Christ there is NO salvation. He is the whole of prophecy and when you don’t understand something, put Jesus in the middle of that question and see what happens.
