While this is a hot topic, taboo to many. Here is a Christian worldview. As you will note in a Pro Eugenics statement below is the blindness of historical facts with the root cause. Below they claim to and we quote:

Darwins Deadly Legacy

Sorry because the root problem has been and remains it is not a genetic issue of deleting the inferior species of humans. The root cause in SIN. It is the condition of ALL humanity. Everyone lies, everyone, some constantly! Many would thrust this policy and many are actively trying to trim the world population to a mere 500 million down from 6.5 billion. That’s quite a cut in our humanitarian budget, and that won’t come voluntarily. This is a godless issue that is born out of a “Survival of the fittest” mindset. The powerful delusion is that if you subscribe to this myth of evolution then you are to kill or be killed.

Who decides! Well if you look at it historically it is a nasty first to impose their will on the population. When this comes to a government as we will demonstrate below. They decide who is weak and inferior since they control the resources. No, it isn’t voluntary when it reaches policymakers, this grotesque thought process is a mutation of thinking degenerating leaders who destroy their own peoples. A far cry from a policy for people with integrity. The old axiom is “absolute power, corrupts absolutely”. They who subscribe to this make themselves out to be gods and decide who lives and dies. Where power and money are you will not find enough people of integrity. It is a petri dish of corruption when they decide based on philosophical ideology, political persuasion, and worst racism. History is a crucial understanding.

Darwinism by itself did not produce the Holocaust, but without Darwinism, especially in its social Darwinist and eugenics permutations, neither Hitler nor his Nazi followers would have had the necessary scientific underpinnings to convince themselves and their collaborators that one of the world’s greatest atrocities was really morally praiseworthy. Darwinism – or at least some naturalistic interpretation of Darwinism – succeeded in turning morality on its head.

Adolf Hitler Germany, 1939-45 comes in at #3, surprising to most, he tips the charts at 12 million on his tab.

It was based on the ideas of Arthur de Gobineau, a French count; eugenics, a pseudo-science that advocated racial purity; and social Darwinism. Applied to human beings, “survival of the fittest” was interpreted as requiring racial purity and killing off “life unworthy of life.” The first victims were children with physical and developmental disabilities; those killings occurred in a programme dubbed Action T4.[143] After a public outcry, Hitler made a show of ending this program, but the killings, in fact, continued (see Nazi eugenics).

Joseph Stalin Russia, 1932-39 comes in at #2 with a whopping 23 Million to his credit.

Stalin and his supporters have highlighted the notion that socialism can be built and consolidated by a country as underdeveloped as Russia during the 1920s. Indeed this might be the only means in which it could be built in a hostile environment.[77] In 1933, Stalin put forward the theory of aggravation of the class struggle along with the development of socialism, arguing that the further the country would move forward, the more acute forms of struggle will be used by the doomed remnants of exploiter classes in their last desperate efforts – and that, therefore, political repression was necessary.

In 1936, Stalin announced that the society of the Soviet Union consisted of two non-antagonistic classes: workers and kolkhoz peasantry. These corresponded to the two different forms of property over the means of production that existed in the Soviet Union: state property (for the workers) and collective property (for the peasantry). In addition to these, Stalin distinguished the stratum of the intelligentsia. The concept of “non-antagonistic classes” was entirely new to Leninist theory.

Stalin followed the position adopted by Lenin that religion was an opiate that needed to be removed in order to construct the ideal communist society. To this end, his government promoted atheism through special atheistic education in schools, massive amounts of anti-religious propaganda, the antireligious work of public institutions (especially the Society of the Godless), discriminatory laws, and also a terror campaign against religious believers. By the late 1930s, it had become dangerous to be publicly associated with religion[75]

Number of deaths under Mao Mao: The Unknown Story

The book opens with the sentence “Mao Tse-tung, who for decades held absolute power over the lives of one-quarter of the world’s population, was responsible for well over 70 million deaths in peacetime, more than any other twentieth-century leader.” Chang and Halliday claim that he was willing for half of China to die to achieve military-nuclear superpowerdom. Estimates of the number of deaths during this period vary, though Chang and Halliday’s estimate is one of the highest. Sinologist Stuart Schram, in a review of the book, noted that “the exact figure… has been estimated by well-informed writers at between 40 and 70 million”.[6]

China scholars agree that the famine during the Great Leap Forward caused tens of millions of deaths. Chang and Halliday argue that this period accounts for roughly half of the 70 million total. An official estimate by Hu Yaobang in 1980 put the death toll at 20 million, whereas Philip Short in his 2000 book Mao: A Life found 20 to 30 million to be the most credible number. Chang and Halliday’s figure is 37.67 million, which historian Stuart Schram indicated that he believes “may well be the most accurate.”[7] Yang Jisheng, a Communist party member and former reporter for Xinhua, puts the number of famine deaths at 36 million.[8]

This record will be broken by the man the Bible calls the antichrist. Evolution is crucial to creating sin prone men into cold killers the world knows as dictators that have always been around. Nimrod was the first godless dictator who told the people they need to come to him for their needs and not god.

Now it was Nimrod who excited them to such an affront and contempt of God. He was the grandson of Ham, the son of Noah a bold man, and of great strength of hand. He persuaded them not to ascribe it to God, as if it were through his means they were happy, but to believe that it was their own courage which procured that happiness. He also gradually changed the government into tyranny seeing no other way of turning men from the fear of God, but to bring them into a constant dependence upon his own power.

Many of these are from the godless nature of these politically driven people who have NO value of life. It is easily attributed as the Fruit of evolutionary thinking that leads logically to sinful men who have and will vie for the survival of the fittest. It is a sin problem. All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.

Do creationists claim that evolution causes immoral behavior, holocausts, etc.? Not directly; sin is of course responsible. But evolutionary thought permeating a culture will inevitably lead to a magnification of the effects of sin in one form or another. For instance, through the loss of shared cultural restraints generated by a commonly adhered-to basis for morality. If we are all accountable to the biblical God who made (and thus owns) everything, then it makes sense to speak of moral absolutes: the unchanging rules of an unchanging God.

In a consistent evolutionary worldview, there can be no unchanging rules—there is only what is expedient for the society or individual. And there is no distinction in kind between people and animals, nor ultimately between people and grass, nor even rocks. Thus, Stalin is said to have claimed that killing a million people was no different from mowing a lawn. This is chillingly consistent with a materialist view (matter is all there is, we are just evolved arrangements of atoms).

All this does not deny the possibility of moral behavior by evolutionists or amoral behavior by Christians. But because amorality is logically consistent with evolution and inconsistent with biblical Christianity, an evolutionary worldview gives much more fertile ground for the exhibition of the sinful nature in all its aspects. Thus, the famous evolutionist Stephen Jay Gould (1941–2002) could write that the sin of racism, for instance, increased by ‘orders of magnitude’ due to Darwin’s work being used as justification. Antiracist Darwinists (including Gould) howl with indignation that this was a ‘misuse’ of Darwinism. But it was logically consistent with Darwin’s premises.

Gould, despite his evolutionary materialism, was still a person created in God’s image with a God-given conscience, as well as having been raised in a culture founded on Judeo-Christian morality. He would have condemned the actions of Hitler as immoral (felt more keenly perhaps as a Jew), but his materialism could not provide any rational basis for doing so. Hitler might reply: ‘By what standard? I’m doing what is best for the evolutionary struggle between my race and yours, consistent with my belief in evolution.’ Whereas when a biblical Christian does such things, his actions are inconsistent with his professed beliefs.

Goering actually said at the Nuremberg trials that the Nazis did nothing wrong according to their own laws, and were on trial only because they lost. Rebutting this, Prosecutor Jackson invoked a ‘universal law’. But this only has meaning if there is a Creator/Lawgiver!

Thus, given a large enough group of people who share a Darwinian worldview, one will overall see more immoral behavior, even atrocities. The 20^th century of Stalin, Hitler, Mao, and Pol Pot made this clear. There were indeed atrocities and wrongful wars in the name of ‘religion’ before then. But many more people were killed (most by their own governments) in the name of evolution-inspired ideologies than in all the wars of recorded history put together, religious or otherwise.
