People have lots of questions about our world, Geopolitics, World Economies, and a Push for a One World Religion. Are we the Last Generation to live before the 2nd Coming of Jesus Christ? Where is America in bible prophecy? Is God done with Israel? Will the Jews build the Third Temple? When is The Rapture? What is The Great Apostasy? Will Russia attack Israel? Is Turkey and Iran going to attack Israel in the Gog & Magog battle? Are we living in the Last Days? The answer is overwhelming yes, and these questions are all answered in The Bible. God gave us Prophecy to prepare us, not to scare us. Below you will find some of the best Bible Teachers and Historical facts to help you decide. So What is Bible Prophecy?
For me I was reading and studying the book of Isaiah while meeting with Jehovah Witnesses for 14 Weeks! Yeah 14 weeks. I noticed in the Chapters 40 to 49 a theme of God was actually making a case for Himself in that He alone is God and ONLY GOD KNOWS THE FUTURE. That in a nutshell is why we can trust the Bible. And the Devil hates it, because it describes his end, and the end of everyone who loves a lie. Well Jesus is the Great “I Am”, and Bible Prophecy gives the believer great confidence in the Bible, and helps us to demonstrate to unbelievers the Bible is TRUE!
I cover this “Trial of the False gODS” in this podcast below.
Have you not known? Have you not heard? Has it not been told you from the beginning? Have you not understood from the foundations of the earth? Who has performed and done [it], Calling the generations from the beginning? ‘I, the LORD, am the first; And with the last I [am] He.’ ”
“Remember this, and show yourselves men; Recall to mind, O you transgressors. Today we look at the breathtaking topic of Bible Prophecy. Our guiding scripture today is… The Lesson of the Fig Tree
(Matthew 24:32-35; Luke 21:29-33)
Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When her branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is near: So ye in like manner, when ye shall see these things come to pass, know that it is nigh, even at the doors. Verily I say unto you, that this generation shall not pass, till all these things be done. Heaven and earth shall pass away: but my words shall not pass away. -Jesus Mark 13:28-31
The issue is complex, yet the key indicator of our Lord Jesus promise of His return for His Bride the Church. When asked just before the crucifixion and rejection by the religious leadership, Jesus gave two, not one discussion on signs of His return. Today and I’m guessing for awhile we will be dealing with COVID-19 (Coronavirus) and how globalist visionaries are taking full advantage of this global crisis. Does the Bible say anything about these things, yes it does and allot more than many people or pastors are aware of? Our guiding scripture today is… “There will be great earthquakes, and in various places famines and pestilences. And there will be terrors and great signs from heaven.“ Luke 21:11 & Matthew 24:7 is the Greek word λοιμός loimós, loy’-mos; of uncertain affinity; a plague (literally, the disease, or figuratively, a pest):—pestilence(-t). Using the New Testament to interpret the OT. We see small pictures that come together. Excellent Study. The OT authors and participants did not necessarily recognize any typological force in the original, but in the divine plan, the early event did anticipate the later reality. Thus David’s coronation (e.g., Psa. 2, 72, 110) did indeed foreshadow Jesus’ enthronement as the royal Messiah, though it was not a direct prediction.
THE BOOK OF DANIEL is quoted often in the New Testament Book of Revelation. In many ways, the two books need to be read and studied together. Daniel lived at an important time of ancient history and his story is critical to our understanding of what is happening today. His visions speak powerfully of the end times, and his writing continues to exalt the “Most High God.” Daniel 9:27
The Parable of the Fig Tree, the Lord Jesus gave the most amazing sign of the end of the age as his disciples had asked for in Matthew 24. Hal Lindsey gives us a tour of major events in history that all took place in 1948.
