This article is for the express purpose that as of the time of this writting we who hold to The Rapture as the blessed hope know that it is an imminent event.  It is undeniable that the end time signs are everywhere.  Israel is the key to understanding this.  We continue to receive many questions concerning the “Rapture” of the church and its apparent contrast with the “Second Coming” of Jesus Christ. Van Kampen claims that he was torn between the pretribulation and postribulation views of the rapture. He agreed with his pretribulation friends that the church will not see the wrath of God (1 Thess. 1:10; 5:9; Rev. 3:10). But he agreed with his postribulation friends that the elect will someday become targets of Antichrist’s persecution (Matt. 24:21-22; 29-31; 2 Thess. 2:1-8; Rev. 13:3-10; 14:9-12). The view that the Rapture will occur at the mid-point of the Tribulation is based upon 1 Corinthians 15:52 which states that the Rapture will occur at the blowing of “the last trumpet.” This Mid-Tribulation Rapture view then declares this trumpet to be the last of the seven trumpets in Revelation 11 that is blown at the mid-point of the Tribulation. Why of the 114 references to trumpets in the Scripture these two are identified as one and the same only defies sound Scriptural research! The context clearly shows the last trumpet of 1 Corinthians 15 is blown for believers whereas the seven trumpets (of judgments) of Revelation 8, 9 and 11 are sounded for unbelievers. The Revelation trumpets therefore can have no relevance for the Church!  There are many trumpets mentioned in the bible. (continue reading…)

God never pours out His wrath without warning because “He does not wish that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance” (2 Peter 3:9). Jesus said that when we see all these signs come together, He will be “right at the door,” ready to return (Matthew 24:33). God is warning, and Jesus is at the gates of Heaven waiting for His Father’s command.  Signs of the Times Everywhere!
Not sure look at this list and the scripture tags.  Google on our site search engine and see the signs are in abundance, but God’s people are asleep.  Share the love of Jesus with people.  Are you ready?

Flash Forward Setup?

For the Christian I look at this new show that has come on ABC Flash Forward.  The premise for the premiere  was interesting in that what I perceive with this show and the myriad of movies being pumped out seem to be anticipating something.   If you haven’t seen the promo’s.  It opens like this.  Something has happened the “Flash Forward”, where everyone, ooops nearly everyone has blacked out and has had some vision of the future and some not.  The scene is mass chaos.  Planes going down, cars crashing, people dropping right where they stand unconscious leading to the deaths of 20 million.
