We continue our look at the doctrine of Atonement with Genesis 3:21: “…and God made tunics of skin…”We don’t notice much about that in Genesis Ch. 3, but we do in the sacrifices of Cain & Abel in Ch. 4, the giving of the Law, the Tabernacle Services, and the amplification of what Jesus did as our High Priest.

The issue of substitutionary atonement becomes evident as we look at Barabbas in the gospel of Matthew. Absolutely foundational to our Christian faith.
