Chapter Four

Development of a Unified World Religion

To many who know them, the “New Ager’s” has become just a bunch of harmless esoteric’s; spooky? Yes, harmful? No! We have become such a “tolerant” society; you do your thing/ I do mine that not much thought goes into the private practices of our neighbors.

Considering how the concept of “community” has evolved, that’s understandable. What we wish to show at this point is that a sizeable group of very influential people have for many years been quietly networking and effectively positioning themselves for something they call a change in consciousness, a transformation or some kind of evolution to a “higher self.”

The growth of this movement, loosely regarded as “The New Age” movement was considered by many Christians as another sign of the times. As we will see, a major component of the rise of Anti-Christ will be a counterfeit religion, which seemingly will have all the answers to what happened at the great disappearance. Beware, answers are coming.

Be that as it may, it is not our purpose here to try and expose every so-called conspirator and make accusations against any particular individuals within this movement. It is certainly a fact that most persons involved in what is known as the “New Age Movement” know nothing about the planning that has gone on under deep cover, but we do wish to simply point out another sign of the times.

What we would like to do is give you a brief history, discuss a few leaders, and comment, giving you the general characteristics of the type of deception that will occur, and may already have begun, and the promotion of this religion as a plausible answer for The Rapture. But remember the warnings of Jesus, when asked when will be the sign of His coming, His first answer was:

See to it that no one misleads you.

For many will come in My name, saying,

“I am the Christ,” and will mislead many.

Many false prophets will arise and mislead many. (Matthew 24: 4,5,11)

And again,

But false prophets arose among the people, just as there will also be false teachers among you, who will secretly introduce destructive heresies, even denying the master who bought them (Jesus).

(2 Peter 2:1)

U.S. president Theodore Roosevelt once said, “there are no accidents in politics, everything is planned.” Boy was he right. And that’s exactly where we would like to begin our analysis; with the “plan.”

…The masters are working according to a plan…which will demonstrate a large measure of world unity…marked by universality…that aims at expanding human consciousness…and founded on goodwill.” 3

Remember, this plan was formulated by “higher intelligence”, given to such renowned “New Agers Helena Petrovna Blavatsky and Annie Bessant. These plans were received through seances purported to last days.

The plan is concerned with expanding human consciousness… it will reveal to man the true significance of his mind and brain… and will make him therefore omnipresent and eventually open the door to omniscience.

The Big lie: You can be as God.

The implementation of this plan has been the objective of all esoteric training given during the past 400 years… Humanity needs to realize that there IS a plan, and to recognize its influence in unfolding world events…expansions of consciousness into which Aquarius is hurrying mankind.

The plan is concerned with rebuilding mankind… As human beings begin to take the higher initiations… the true nature of the divine Will will be grasped.


Again, you shall be as God.

It was H.G. Wells, writing in “The Open Conspiracy” who said:

Mans soul is part of a greater being which lived before he was born and will survive him. The idea of the survival of the definite individual…dissolves into this new immortality.


Did you grasp just how outrageous a statement that is?

From whom does Mr. Wells derive the authority to make the assertion that “individuals will dissolve into immortality.” Where did I go? Or You? We all just dissolve into God? Where is the evidence for that? Believe what you will, but don’t be deceived. This is a religious belief set in opposition to historic, biblical Christianity.


In the same book cited above, Mark Satin declares:


Planetary consciousness recognizes our oneness…with all life everywhere and with the planet… the interdependence of all humanity…planetary consciousness sees each of us as “cells in the body of humanity,

as planetary citizens….we are beginning to see the emergence of a new collective consciousness…4


These statements are the kind of dictates or rationales that the worst kind of monsters and dictators live for. And, supported in such religious terms, they are manifest all the more attractive to the would be “Stalin’s” and “Hitler’s of the world. It legitimizes their collective madness.


In the world political philosopher Thomas Malthus and his adherents, the ruling authorities used the above ideas (later, Darwin didn’t hurt the cause) to rationalize the abhorrent philosophy of what is called economic determinism, i.e., the survival of the fittest. In essence, if we are all part of one universal force or “Mind”(God), then we are not truly independent or individual, responsible for one’s own actions. Thus, it could easily be rationalized: “so what if 6 million Jews died in Nazi death camps, or millions upon millions of Ukrainians are starved to death in the former Soviet Union, or multiplied millions are killed in contrived wars, or that 50-100 million Africans have needlessly died of AIDS.” In the Malthusian population theory, these above occurrences are “good” things. These “phantom” individuals did not “really” die, they were simply returned to “our” primordial soup. Those poor Africans or Jews or Russians may come back again as a “master”- having learned the secret to our “planetary consciousness.” Global decisions are made each day based upon this kind of philosophy and rationale. Oh that many would cry out:


“My God, what if you’re wrong?”


Robert Muller, former Asst. Secretary-General of The United Nations, known as the “Prophet of Hope”, spent 40 years behind the scenes as a “high-level global statesperson” working for world government and world peace. Ostensibly retired, he is nonetheless the Chancellor of the University for Peace in Costa-Rica, a United Nations organization. Mr. Muller developed many UN programs, including: “A Framework for World Media coverage,” and

“A Framework for Planetary and Cosmic Consciousness”

Mr. Muller created a “World Core Educational Curriculum,” and is known as the “Father of Global Education.” He seems, without a doubt a sincere man and a true believer in a new “universal consciousness.” Let’s quote directly from a poem he wrote and posted on his website




TO the greatness of creation

TO the beauty of our earth

TO the potential of the human race

TO the infinity of your inner self




YOU will become creation

YOU will become the earth

YOU will become humanity

YOU will become infinity





Absolutely amazing, as the 20th century came to a close and the new century dawned, the genesis of a religion of Self-emerged. Self-realization, Self-Actualization, self-awareness and, alas, The Self-Divine. Reminiscent of  Satan’s words to Eve:

You surely won’t die. You will be like God.

(Genesis 3: 4,5)

Yet so different from the words of Jesus Christ:

If anyone wishes to come after me, he must deny himself, and take up his cross and follow Me. For who ever wishes to save his life will lose it; but whoever loses his life for my sake will find it. (Matthew 16:24)

And again,

Father, not my will, but thy will be done.

(Luke 22:42)


What a cynical plan. It’s as if Satan said to himself, “If I can’t get them to turn their backs on God by worshipping me, I’ll achieve the same objective by getting man to worship himself.” And what is truly ironic is mankind’s gullibility; the “Self” to which we are to serve, is not “our” selves, but a universal self, not an individualistic self, separate and distinct, but somehow a part of a collective consciousness.

This evil, humanistic philosophy is the antithesis of the worldview presented to us in God’s holy word and codified in such documents as the Declaration of Independence and the United States Constitution. For instance, the word of God clearly holds everyone, as individuals, accountable for their sin.

“For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.” (Romans 3:23)

The Lord makes it clear we are accountable and without excuse:

…because that which is known about God is evident within them; for God made it evident to them.

For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes, His eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly seen, being understood through what has been made, so that they are without excuse.

Professing to be wise, they became fools,

and exchanged the glory of the incorruptible God for an image in the form of corruptible man…For they exchanged the truth of God for a lie, and worshipped and served the creature (man or self) rather than the creator, who is blessed forever, amen.

(Romans 1:19,20,22,23,25)


Therefore you have no excuse…because of your stubbornness and unrepentant heart you are storing wrath for yourself in the day of wrath and revelation of the righteous judgement of God, who will render to each person according to his deeds.

(Romans 2: 1, 5,6)

God clearly distinguishes between those who practice good and those who practice evil:

But to those who are selfishly ambitious and do not obey the truth… there will be tribulation and distress…..

But glory and honor and peace to everyone who does good. (Romans 2: 8-10)

There is no room for the New Age concept of a “universal self” in the bible. Believe what you will, but don’t be deceived. This contrary philosophy is not found in the word of God. Anyone declaring such is a false teacher, plain and simple. Consider the words of Thomas Jefferson in the Declaration of Independence:

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their creator with certain unalienable rights that among them are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.

We can see a clear distinction between two opposing worldviews. In the first instance, the individual dissolves and then evolves into a godlike conception of immortality. How can there be respect or value for individuality or life in general if we are all apart of a “universal god?” How can anyone be held accountable for their behavior if we are “all one.” Then again, why should we be held accountable if the “Sin” committed is rationalized as only a matter of one not having sufficiently evolved yet or realized their godlike human potential?

The second view considers man a distinct creation of the one almighty God, so highly valued as an individual creation as to be held accountable and responsible for his actions; an individual that will never dissolve into the universal god or be reincarnated on some evolutionary path, but shall be rewarded or punished based upon the decisions he makes in this life and his relationship to God. Augustine had it just right in his fourth century City of God:


There are no more than two kinds of human society, which we may justly call two cities, according to the language of our scriptures…These two cities were made by two loves; the earthly city by the love of self unto the contempt of God, and the heavenly city by the love of God unto the contempt of self.5

With respect to the “signs of the times,” it’s important to see the new age movement as a religious philosophy that is in direct contradiction of historic Christianity presented in the bible.

Jesus said:

I am the way, the truth and the life, no one comes to the father except through me.

(John 14:6)

Abide in me and I will abide in you. If anyone does not abide in me, he is thrown away as a branch, and dries up; and they gather them, and they are cast into the fire and burned. (John 15: 4,5)


Therefore I said, you will die in your sins; for unless you believe I am He, you will die in your sins. (John 8:24)

Jesus claimed to be God. He proclaimed Himself to be the only way to obtain eternal life. He further stated that if you rejected him you would “be cast into the fire and burned.” Again, believe what you will, but do not believe words attributed to Him by deceivers.

As the 20th century came to a close and we moved into the 21st there were many prophecies coming true, but none more elusive as the “new age movement.” the new age movement means a lot of different things to different people, but the general direction could be discerned: a belief system that was moving away from biblical Christianity and toward a “new age of humanity, “human transformation” and a “Global Religion” encompassing all the world’s religions.

To see how vast the New Age Movement had become consider this quote from a highly placed UN source:

We went looking for [New Age] networks, and we found another America….


In the end, we found that we had mapped a significant American subculture with values oriented to human transformation and global peace.6

The World was being set up for deception, but for those “true believers” the new age movement was just a part of the pattern.

Jesus clearly warned us. For instance, in Mark chapter 13 Jesus is sitting on the Mount of Olives, discussing these very end times events with Peter and James and John and Andrew. They asked the Lord:

Tell us, when will these things be, and what will be the sign when all these things will be fulfilled? And Jesus began to say to them:


“See to it that no one misleads you.

Many will come in My name, saying ‘I am He’ and will mislead many…


For false Christs and false prophets will arise, and will show signs and wonder, in order to lead astray…


But take heed, I have warned you in advance…


Mark 13:6,22,23


The real shocker came as we learned and verified that a U.S. patent was applied for in 1996 and granted on March 2, 1996, for a method of verifying human identity during electronic sales transactions. A bar code or a design is tattooed on an individual. Before the sales transaction can be completed, the tattoo is scanned with a scanner. Once verified, the seller may be authorized to debit the buyer’s bank account in order to consummate the transaction. Friends, it’s later than you think. 7
